Just a idea of selling a home from across the country was daunting, especially one requiring extensive renovation and repairs. After interviewing a few agents and then receiving the detailed marketing plan from Emma Prok, I was certain she was the one to guide me through the process. Emma is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, efficient and strategic and a pro at anticipating and handling issues while always having a back up plan. She assured and the multiple service providers needed to ready the home for sale and did so on a tight timeframe. She offered a complimentary Staging. Somehow she always remain calm and warm with the great sense of humor and was available by phone text or email to answer questions and provide the reassurance is seemingly anytime day and night she really went the extra mile with multiple open houses and private showings I know she checked on the status of the property frequently and took photos to show me the progress. If you need to buy or sell a property, you need Emma Prok as your agent! We had a condo in San Francisco that needed to be sold due to relocating to Las Vegas. After looking over several of realtor profiles, we decided to give Emma a call, based on her outstanding reviews. From the very first conversation, Emma put us at ease, assuring us that she had experience with the long distance situations. We have a list of things we knew we wanted from previous experience and Emma mentioned them all and then some, before we even brought them up. Anytime we thought we might have a problem (we had a tenant occupied the unit, dealing with the HOA, etc, .. Emma was so patient, advised us and reassured us that things would be OK. She helped us with bids for painting and repairs she also staged our place as a complementary service. Hired a professional photographer to get the best photos of the property. She created a beautiful website to showcase the property and had a plan for every stage of the listing. She was So attentive and always provided comparable properties, so that we were comfortable with our listing and knew what to expect from bitters. We got top dollar for our condo and are so relieved that things went as smoothly as they did we attribute that to Emmas professionalism, reputation and knowledge of the area.
