We are interested to buy this house so can not bring my own realtor they won't accept the offer If I bring my own realtor, she put us in a fear of losing offer.She made us sign all sort of amendment so we cannot back out of the offer.after we sign contract she treat us very badly as now she knows we can not back out of the contract I had a nightmare experience dealing with her as soon as she saw our Loan Approval over $450.000 She was trying to sell the House for $450.000 which is worth Only $350.000plus she refused to help us with any kind of service and offers.She never replies to any calls and Text messages. She is the most overrated Agent I have ever dealt with. She made double commissions . After our walk through and closing our house she and her son took plants from the back yard.
