Hi! So glad you are here! My name is Emily White and I am the Broker/ Owner of Whitehouse Premier Realty, a boutique Real Estate brokerage specializing in residential real estate and land, located in Ocala, Florida. I grew up in Marion County on the shores of Lake Weir, located in Summerfield, Florida. After high school, I attended the University of South Florida, obtaining both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mass Communication, with a specialization in Strategic Communication Management. My career began in the Technology Staffing Industry, and shifted in to an Immigration Specialist role for a billion-dollar corporation. After seven years of Corporate work, I took the leap and transitioned in to my true passion- Real Estate. I have been a licensed Florida Realtor since 2018. I enjoy solving a problem, being organized, and building relationships. Most people would consider me 'type A' and 'all-in' until a sale is done! Having worn many hats professionally, I have sharpened my multitasking skills, and honed in on what makes a smooth real estate transaction happen! Being trustworthy, detail-oriented, and willing to roll with a few punches are all great qualities for success in buying and selling in our current market. I am a member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), Florida Realtors, Ocala Marion County Association of Realtors (OMCAR), and Women's Council of Realtors. Recent certifications include: Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) designation and C2EX endorsement.
