Emily Rapp

Born and raised in the Greenville, SC area (specifically Simpsonville) in a real estate family, Emily Rapp is an experienced REALTOR®, specializing in assisting Greenville newcomers, investors in finding deals and flipping houses, great attention to detail with New Construction, and a specific familiarity on Golf Course Communities in the Upstate, with an extensive local knowledge of the courses. Her Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification allows her to assist her clients with the best advice on market values and offers. After attending Mauldin High, Emily ventured to the "Food Hub of the South", Charleston, to attend the College of Charleston. There, Emily continued her golf game after back to back Greater Greenville Ladies Amateur Championships in 2005, 2006, and 2015. Prior to real estate, Emily had a wonderful career as a Caddy for the LPGA Tour! Emily enjoys home projects as well as lending a hand to Habitat for Humanity. When Emily isn't showing Greenville newcomers around or volunteering, she enjoys checking out the local food scene in Greenville, cooking and traveling.
