Emily went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor. Before listing my home she gave me useful tips on what I should do to prepare my house to go on the market . She sat down with my husband and I and discussed the value of my home compared to others in the area so that we could price our house accurately. She had the best photos and created an amazing listing that provided us over 2 dozen offers well above asking price. I was impressed that she answered her phone for every single call, her ability to answer all of my questions in a detailed manner that I understood, her willingness to go over every offer line by line so that we were able to choose the best buyer, and her down to earth personality that made the sale of our 10 year home easier than I thought it would be. You can really tell that Emily cares about her clients in more ways than business. Moving is an emotional, life changing event and Emily helped me navigate this time of my life more than she knows ! I highly recommend her when buying or selling your home! You wont regret it.
