Paul was the difference between getting a house and not. He went above and beyond what most realtors would. There is absolutely no way we would have gotten the house we got without his expertise and drive. He was aggressive with negotiating and was able to not only get us the house we wanted but at a fair price even in a market when buying was tough and favored the seller. He definitely goes above and beyond what most realtors do and I won't even consider using anyone else in the future.
