Emily is an excellent realator who is committed to having the clients best interests in mind and maintaining a professional/personable communication. While Emily mainly conducts her work around the SLC area, she was willing to help me find a home all over the valley. I was looking at places between Ogden and Murray, and despite the large radius, either herself or her team would always be there. The house can be an hour out of her way and shell meet you there. Emily is not hasty; she isnt looking to sell you a home just to sell you home. Shes looking to sell you a home that is in good condition and that meets your criteria. As a first time home buyer and as a military transplant with little knowledge about Utah, this was huge for me.I had no idea what to look for; I was confused about many things that come with buying a home. She made sure to inform me about the things one should look for in a home, and she was incredibly helpful in explaining all the technical terms when the time came to close. Emily Hayes Homes is our go-to real estate team! I met Emily several years ago when my parents hired her to buy a home. She gained my confidence when I went on a few home tours with them.
