Emily Davis

Emily was born and raised in Bowling Green, graduating from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Exercise Science. She transitioned to the world of real estate in 2018, but is still active in the fitness community as a personal trainer and nutrition specialist. Working with first-time home buyers is Emily's passion. She loves educating clients on the home buying process and walking hand-in-hand with them through the little details. "My hope with every client is they feel like they are cared for and truly heard." She understands the home buying process can be an emotional process for people and does her best to take on the stress of the situation and create a smooth transition for them. It is so important to her that her clients know she appreciates them as people first and the opportunity to do business with them second. Emily loves that no two days are the same in real estate and each day comes with a new set of challenges and surprises. She says the most difficult part of today's current market is helping buyers win in multiple offer scenarios. "The market is so competitive right now that educating buyers is so important. As agents we are much more than just facilitators of the process. I truly love helping buyers understand and take ownership of the process." Emily is married to her best friend, Jacob Davis, who is part owner and general manager of D1 Sports in Bowling Green. Together, they have been deeply involved in the fitness community for almost 10 years. They attend Crossland Community Church and love to do anything outdoors like hiking, kayaking, being at the beach and spending time with the most precious part of their family, Charlies, their golden retriever.
