We had a terrific experience working with Emily! She is the most responsive and honest real estate agent I know. She also has good knowledge of the market and has relationships with other realtors, which was helpful in securing the first home we offered for. My wife and I came into the house buying process not knowing exactly what we wanted. We listed a few features and locations and Emily helped us explore options of different homes. She accommodated our schedules and showed us homes over a few weeks, and helped us narrow down our search. When we found houses that we liked, Emily was knowledgeable about house comps and shared/reviewed the inspection reports and other disclosures with us. When we were ready to make an offer, Emily worked with us through offering, negotiating, and eventually winning out on a bid against another party. During the negotation, she actually knew the seller's agent from a different real estate company. When we got into a bidding war, her connection with the other realtor and the way she framed our offer helped the other seller's agent convince the sellers to choose us over similar, even slightly higher valued offers. Emily was very transparent during the process and even showed us some texts with the seller's side. Overall it was a terrific experience and I would highly recommend Emily to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
