Emillie was wonderful from start to finish. Her knowledge of the process and market was brilliant, she is incredibly professional and communicated with us effectively and efficiently throughout. We looked at a bunch of houses, not at all to be difficult, but to settle on the specific area of interest and the specific kind(s) of houses that would be the best fit. Emillie was an incredibly good listener, worked with us to define the scope of the search and be comfortable with our financial choices, and never once in the process did we feel pressured to exceed our financial comfort level or settle for a house that did not include what we wanted in the area(s) that we targeted. Ultimately, Emillie helped us finalize the sale of our last home (which we loved and had put a lot of work into), while we located, made an offer on, and purchased a wonderful house in a great area that we're incredibly excited about and can live in for a very long time. It's hard to imagine anyone more qualified, knowledgeable, or professional ... and quite honestly, her work stands in stark contrast to some other real estate agents who we encountered through these processes. We simply could not recommend anyone more highly that we do Emillie.
