Emillie was an absolute delight to work with. Although my wife and I and our daughter and son in law are all experienced home owners, we were looking for a lakefront vacation home in southern PA or possibly MD (we live in MD near Baltimore), we did not know the area or have any contacts there inA southernA PA. We handled almost all of the initial and preliminary work explaining what we wanted, A costs, etc. on-line and through phone calls. A The process of buying and selling a home has much changed since we last bought and sold a home about 5 years ago: drones, FEMA flood warnings, etc. Emillie was wonderful to work with.A Totally professional and up to date on the way buying and selling works. She thoroughly knows the areas we were looking for, the things we would/should want, the things and places to avoid or think twice about, local resources, vendors, utilities etc. A She pointed out to us and was able to find one thing that we had not thought of: does the property extend to the waterline (or beyond) or does it end some yards from the shoreline. A That saved us from buying a house where this was not included and which would have been a major problem.A She knew where to find that out. A She was always available by phone and email and showed us several homes. A She rapidly narrowed down what we wanted and showed us places that clicked. She put us in contact with fine vendors (insurance, local attorney, propane vendor, cable, home inspector, general contractor etc.). She was very sensitive to the fact that three generations would be using this house: my wife and I (seniors), our daughter and son-in-law and their kids (all under 8). She stayed up to date and worked wonderfully with the seller's agent and the closing company. A She gave excellent advice. A She is a charming individual and is able to say to us diplomatically and graciously that an idea or something we wanted was not feasible or likely. Highly professional and we recommend her totally.

Emillie was fantastic during the entire process. She was very supportive of purchasing my home, when I was out of state she voluntarily went to the property to check it out for me and provide feedback. Paperwork was sent electronically and in a timely fashion. Knowledgeable, friendly and knows the area that I was relocating to. Even with a work induced snafu during the buying process she was great! Highly recommend!!!!
