1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
For buyers in today’s competitive market, the best advice is to work with an advisor who can give you every possible advantage. 3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of sellers—from first-time sellers navigating the process for the very first time, to luxury homeowners parting with waterfront estates, to investors and builders selling multi-family properties, subdivisions, and new construction.
For first-time sellers, the process can feel overwhelming—deciding on the right pricing strategy, preparing the home, and navigating offers and negotiations. That’s where my proven track record and full-service approach make the difference. My team handles everything—from staging and marketing, to exposing the home to both on- and off-market buyers, to negotiating the strongest possible terms.
On the buy side, we’ve helped veterans, first-time buyers, second-home buyers, and downsizers find the right property for their needs. 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One recent transaction I’m especially proud of involved a prominent attorney here in Rhode Island who was referred to me by a past client. His goal was very specific: he wanted a private waterfront home within 30 minutes of Providence. Because I often work in this niche, I tapped into my network and began searching both on-market and off-market opportunities.
Within just two weeks, I was able to identify the perfect off-market property that checked every box—privacy, proximity, and waterfront lifestyle. We negotiated favorable terms, and he was able to secure his dream home without ever competing in the open marketplace.
This experience is a great example of how referrals, market knowledge, and access to exclusive off-market inventory allow me to deliver results clients often don’t think are possible.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in real estate after a successful career in sales, where I learned how to negotiate, build relationships, and deliver results. In 2012, I decided to bring those skills into real estate because I saw the opportunity to make a bigger impact—helping families, investors, and business owners with one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Like many in this industry, I started from scratch. I knocked on doors, made calls, and worked tirelessly to earn trust and build a reputation. Over time, that persistence paid off: I’ve now helped more than 1,500 clients, closed over $750 million in sales, and built one of the top-ranked teams in Rhode Island, consistently recognized by RealTrends and Engel & Völkers.
What began as a leap of faith has grown into a passion-driven career where I get to guide clients through major life transitions, protect their interests, and deliver results that move them forward.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes—I’ve always believed that the best way to serve my clients is to keep learning and stay ahead of the market. I read about 30 books a year on real estate, business, and personal development to sharpen my skills. I also host the most listened-to real estate podcast in Rhode Island, where I interview top thought leaders, investors, and innovators from around the country. Each conversation expands my perspective and gives me strategies I bring directly back to my clients.
In addition, I attend real estate conferences all over the world, where I connect with industry leaders and stay on top of cutting-edge trends, tools, and best practices.
