ZillowVERIFIEDWhy can't there be 1000 stars??!! Well, that's how I feel about working with Emiel in purchasing my first home in January 2024. Talk about starting off the New Year!! From the first time that we spoke on the phone, I knew that I wanted Emiel as my real estate agent. Emiel helped me find the right lender and walked me through the whole labyrinth of purchasing the right home for me. He is very knowledgeable and answed my 50 million questions as well as what to look at during home tours. Emiel shared his experiences and always let me to ultimately decide the best course of action. What really impressed me about him was that he didn't see me as a commission and helped me manage my expectations (I had given him a list of 50 homes that I wanted to see ??) Intuitively, Emiel knew when a home wasn't the one for me. We would just look at each other and just knew! Emiel is very responsive!! He answered my call on Thanksgiving because I had mixed up the days to tour a home and was waiting for him to show up ?? Emiel made the whole process go smoothly and I enjoyed working with him so much so that I adopted him as my Nephew!! He will always be invited to the cook-out!!
