Elyse worked and worked trying to help me find and buy my first and only house. She and I looked what seemed like forever. She was very informative and especially patient with me. Without her professionalism and knowledge I'm sure I would have given up. I was overwhelmed and she made it happen. That was 5 years ago and to this day she stays in contact with me. My wife, Joan, and I decided one morning over coffee to retire to Boise, ID. without forethought. If you know me you'll understand the previous statement. Lacking a map of the area, we stumbled into Caldwell and in short order were lost. As luck would have it, we asked a man for directions and asked "if by the way, do you know a good realtor?" He recommend Elyse and said she had grown up in the area and knew it well. We contacted Elyse, and the next day she had us out looking for homes. She gave us a lot of time to look and knew the history of the various areas, the builders involved, and other poignant facts. we found our home, which we absolutely love, and with her oversight the escrow closed earlier than planned. The rest is history. She is GREAT and we highly recommend her !!!
