We are definitely not typical real estate customers, and so each time we have moved to a new state, we have needed to find a realtor who was willing to listen, willing to work with our unusual search parameters, and expertly negotiate with sellers. Plus, this time around, we had a new search parameter that made the prospect of finding an appropriate property nearly impossible. With all that said, we are SO THANKFUL that we found Elvira Hanna for this home search. Elvira remained enthusiastic about finding us a property even with our ridiculously narrow search parameters and short time frame, and even when we dropped the ball or skipped a piece on the loan process a couple of times. I was impressed by her extensive experience and knowledge of property issues and grateful that she shared her expert opinions with us, demonstrating that she cared as much as we did about finding the right home for us. Elvira wowed us with her formidable skills in negotiation - both in knowing when to back out of a potential deal, and in negotiating with the eventual seller on price and access prior to closing. She also connected us with a local lender and followed up with the lender to make sure that various parts of the loan process were completed in time for our move. We were able to search for a home from 2000 miles away during a pandemic, and move into our new home that meets our needs in time for us to start our new job, all thanks to Elvira Hanna.
