Gabriella is the most knowledgeable, resourceful, and personable real estate agent we ever had. And lemme tell you, we've had a few before we got connected to Gabby (thankfully). Before Gabby, looking for houses seemed tedious, dull, and we were not looking forward to it because it just felt a bit awkward. It felt as if we were another number to sell a house to and most times houses were not matching what we wanted to see. Then Gabby came in the picture. Gabby made us feel like we were her friends, showed she cared about what we we're looking for, and actually showed us houses in our budget with what we were looking for. We no longer looked at house hunting as a burden but now looked forward to the next time we got to see Gabby because it was like looking at houses with a good friend you've known! Aside from that, through Gabby's knowledge and expertise we found many amazing homes, eventually running into the house we purchased. Although we purchased a new construction house and it was some time until it was completed (We lived far away from the house we bought), Gabby stayed in touch with the company who built the home always giving us updates, took progress pictures of the house for us, and continuously checked in on us (In a non-annoying manner like some other realtors out here). Once the home was nearing completion, we wanted Gabby to join us in all the steps up until it was time to move in because she made us feel so comfortable in the mess and craziness that goes into buying a home. Gabby had great advice throughout the home buying process. We love how down to earth she is and how she really puts herself in the client's shoes. Post-house purchase, I recommend all the guys I work for at the state to Gabby when they come asking for home buying help (we are a younger couple). A lot of things you don't see, but Gabby does a TON of work behind the scenes, scheduling tours, looking at houses to ensure the house meets your checklists while staying within your budget and more... like it's crazy (in a good way) what she is willing to do to assist you. We would definitely call Gabby again when we go to look for another home. Gabby responds quickly, likes to understand her client, and Gabby is willing to negotiate for anything on the houses we looked at that were constructed.
