I recently sold a large property in Cherry Grove. It was the first time in several years that a home in that particular development had sold; therefore, the appraiser couldn't get a good grip on the value. During the process, the appraiser originally gave the home a low value. I pulled my own comps, went back and fought for the value, and eventually got it where it needed to be. In the mean time, the buyers tried to use this as leverage to take money off of the purchase price. I stood firm and fought for my seller, got him our original contract price, and closed the deal. I'm originally from East Tennessee, where my father bought and sold land as an investment. Growing up it peaked my interest. Shortly after I moved to South Carolina I decided to get my real estate license and the rest is history!

I was a disc jockey for several years. I loved being on the microphone, and still love speaking and being on camera. A lot of what I do in real estate involves video.
