Real estate has always been a passion of mine — I’ve been involved in property ownership, renovation, and community development for years. Absolutely. In addition to being a licensed Realtor®, I’ve completed all 209 hours of required educational courses for residential appraiser trainees, giving me a deep understanding of property valuation and market analysis. While I’m not a licensed appraiser, I’ve gained hands-on experience assisting with between 300 and 500 real estate appraisals, which provides my clients with a strong advantage when it comes to pricing and evaluating homes. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, where I wrote an award-winning business plan on how to operate a real estate brokerage. This combination of education, appraisal experience, and business expertise allows me to serve clients with both analytical precision and strategic insight — ensuring every decision is backed by knowledge and real-world experience.
