I grew up in Camden County where I still live today with my husband and 3 daughters. As a 3rd generation Realtor, I started out in the industry typing appraisals for my father at age 16. I earned my real estate license while going to college and in 1993 earned my broker's licensed along with my GRI Designation (Graduate Realtor Institute). The following year I earned my Appraisal license. Over my past almost 3 decades in the real estate industry I have gained experience in many aspects of the business including residential sales, rentals, commercial, short sales, bank owned properties, multi units properties and estate sales. I also have assisted many clients in staging their homes to maximize their value and am a circle of excellence recipient. In my experience I have learned to be creative with finding solutions to problems, pay attention to details, conduct business with integrity and be humble in your success. Through my years in the industry I have been fortunate to have found qualified and experienced mortgage and title professionals, home inspectors and attorneys who are very good at what they do. This is important when processing a transaction. When I am not giving my clients exemplary service, I enjoy co-leading my daughter's girl scout troop, volunteering at her school, golfing, spending time with friends and family and our golden retriever "Vinnie".
