We had other real estate agents that lacked once things got serious (i.e., the offer stage)...although we had put several offers down in the past we never were able to close because we'd get out bid. But, we finally closed on a property once we had Elizabeth represent us. She acted as a consultant and helped guide us through the process. Finally we put down an offer (under asking with multiples) and it got accepted! Any questions we had about the million contracts that buyers have to sign along the way, she was available and willing to help.
