I've bought and sold 5 properties over the past 20 years and Elizabeth has been by far the best agent I've ever worked with. She came prepared to it first meeting with comps and her thoughts about the value of my house. She walked the house thoroughly and did not rush anything. When I started getting offers, she walked me through all of the possible ways we could respond. She also connected me with an electrician to do some work prior to the sale. She's realistic, a good negotiator, and a kind, understanding person. I wish I had met her when I bought my first house so that she could've been with me for every sale and purchase.

Elizabeth Schmidtberger was an amazing local realtor and an amazing individual as well. We put our home up for sale in early January right when the real estate market began to tumble in the Austin, Texas, area. This was a time when interest rates rose to a new high level since the pandemic era of low rates. We actually had our custom built home listed for nine months. During these nine months, Elizabeth conscientiously not only worked hard for us, but also served as our emotional support throughout. She remained very honest with us and tried to keep our home relevant in the current market. She also called us once a week, without fail, to chat with us and keep us current on any real estate news and trends. During this stressful time, she became a friend to us and our most avid supporter! She always expressed a positive attitude that we would eventually sell our home and when, nine months later, a buyer came- we closed on the sale within 36 hours! Elizabeth is a hardworking, honorable professional who puts her whole heart in to every client. She is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market and was a joy to work with!
