Elizabeth Munoz Ortiz

Elizabeth Munoz-Ortiz was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, where she raised her two sons. Coincident to her parenting, she always focused on self-development and growth. Respectively, she has a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and served her community as a social worker for over twelve years. Later, she joined the minority business development industry as the Director of Business Certification with the Eastern Minority Development Council. This was concurrent to her already obtained 2004 Pennsylvania Real Estate license. Elizabeth's real estate career blossomed as she embraced her new path. Her natural tenacity to assist was evident in all her transactions. Eventually, she was recruited to managed and train new agents. She was dedicated to enrich the overall success of the agents and office.
In 2015, she relocated to Orlando, Florida where she immediately obtained her Florida real estate license. Newer to the area, she made major ground work in developing her knowledge of Central Florida. She continues to enfold and explore all of the sunshine state outdoor activities, attractions and diversity. As a licensed Realtor with BEX Realty serving all Central Florida, Elizabeth attributes her immediate success to the integration of her previous experiences. She builds a strong rapport with her clients, colleagues and community. Due to her personal relocation, she provides exceptional service to consumers seeking to relocate. Additionally, she has established business relationships with several assisted living facilities to aid the growing senior community with alternative housing. In like manner, she continues to actively practice real estate in Philadelphia by assisting real estate investor's increase their portfolio and listing properties for repeated customers, friends, and family.
Elizabeth's growth and development continues to progress, she is affiliated with the Philadelphia Latino Partnership Initiative, and a member of Central Florida NAHREP. Additionally, she is a member of Dr. Phillips Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Elizabeth is bi-lingual Spanish/English.
