Liz was fantastic to work with, being proactive at every step of the way. She met with my fiancA(C) and me at the house for an initial walk-through to identify items to make the house look better and more presentable for buyers. There were some housekeeping items that needed immediate attention, and she made phone calls while we were sitting at the kitchen table together to start those processes. Our house sold with the first person to see it before it was publicly listed, which we were thrilled with! We highly recommend Liz for selling your home!

Liz is AMAZING and absolutely the best. She served as our buyer's agent and helped us find the perfect house! She's patient, kind, very knowledgeable of the market and one of the hardest working people I have ever met. She's on top of everything at all times, even down to the smallest details, and drives everything to a successful outcome, in an expeditious manner. We moved from across the country and Liz helped out tremendously from afar. She managed all of the inspections and interactions with the seller's agent and helped us navigate various things we didn't have experience with, including negotiating with pool companies and answering questions about utilities! If you are looking for a real estate agent, I highly recommend Liz McDermott! My parents first hired Liz back in 2021 to sell their home. While other agents told them their asking price was too high, Liz worked hard to get them the asking price they were looking for. Fast forward to the past few months, my parents hired her again to find them a home close to my family. I was closely involved in the process as my dad is in his late 70s and my mom is in her mid-70s, and struggle to follow along with all of the little details in real estate. Liz, as she did back in 2021, treated them like family every step of the way. She worked tirelessly for them, and was always available for my questions or concerns as well as theirs. My parents found a house they were interested in and Lizs negotiating skills kicked in. She fought for my parents every step of the way, making sure they got the best possible outcome without ever compromising professionalism. It was clear that she genuinely cared about their needs and was fully invested in helping them get the best possible deal they could. Liz is personable, trustworthy, and a strong negotiator who will always have your back. My family is so grateful for her, and I cant recommend her highly enough!

Liz is an amazing real estate agent! She assisted us first when we sold our home. We interviewed 7 agents and Liz blew them out of the park! On the selling side she did a great job staging our house and advertising. We had 2 full price offers by the first day we were on the market and ended up getting more than the original asking price. Liz just sold us our new home as well. When we were going out to look for homes Liz was very prompt to show us any houses. As soon as we showed interest in a house she would take us that very same day to see it in person. Going through the negotiations of buying, Liz got us everything we wanted and more. Use Liz to buy or sell your next house! She is the best!
