Elizabeth is the ONLY realtor I would use in WV. After meeting with several others, I was ready to sell my house myself, until Elizabeth reached out to me. She took initiative, showed up with soo many comps, and filled with valuable knowledge. It only took 10 minutes with her to learn more than I had in 9 months of house shopping with others. She remained in constant communication, was always patient and answered all of my questions, had a great photographer, and marketed my home well so it reached more interested buyers. At no point in time did I wonder if I had chosen the wrong realtor to represent my home! My entire experience with her was so wonderful that I will be calling her again when I'm ready to re-enter the market as a buyer. Do yourself a favor and hire her for the best, stress-free experience you can have in the wild world of real estate.

Elizabeth was really helpful and made the buying process so much easier to understand for us. She was there every step of the way and made sure we knew what we needed to do and what everything meant. She was also really good about checking in with us and keeping us updated.
