We had to sadly sell our amazing home less than a year after buying. Beth was called immediately once we made the decision to sell since we are moving out of state. We were 39 weeks pregnant with our second child and planning a home birth. We knew we needed to move quick to get things up and posted before the baby came (which could have been any moment). We contacted Beth on a Saturday, Monday our home was professionally staged, Wednesday we had photos and video done and it was posted as a teaser Wednesday night and scheduled an open house for Saturday. We had a showing request almost immediately. Thursday they came and made an offer and we had multiple other showings scheduled as well. I ended up going into labor Saturday morning so we had to cancel the open house. We ended up taking the first offer and Beth was incredible with negotiating and making the process so smooth with a newborn and toddler in towaEUR|on top of moving. We closed just over a month after. I know for a fact our home wouldnt have been sold as fast as it was without Beth and her teams help. Youd be doing yourself a MASSIVE disservice if you did not choose to hire her. If you want the BEST and you want to sell your home quickaEUR|you NEED Beth. Its a no brainer.
