I was a stay at home mom when my children were growing up. I wanted to do something to help increase our family income, but also wanted the flexibility to be home when they came home from school, be able to attend various school functions and sporting events that they may have participated in . I found that real estate offered me the flexxibility that I needed. I always liked working with & meeting new people so this was the perfect thing for me.
I have a Managing Brokers License which entailed substantial continuing education after getting the Brokers License. I also have the ABR-Acredited Buyer's Representative (specializing in working with buyers), MRP--Military Relocation Professional (assisting members of the military in relocating), CRS-Certified Relocation Specialist-working with buyers & sellers who may be relocating and also Fannie Mae Specialist--working with REO property asset managers to assist in getting foreclosed properties vacated, repaired, listed and sold.
