I had such a great experience selling by home with Dawn as my broker. She is very ambitious, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job marketing (the photos she took were outstanding). When it came to negotiating the sale, her experience was paramount. Price, timing - everything was just what I was hoping for. I did expect that a real estate transaction would be one of the most stressful events but anytime I felt stressed, Dawn was right there for me. She always took the time and had a way of explaining things in a very simple way that really put my mind at ease. She is the kind of broker that you can just tell her what you are trying to accomplish and let her go! You will not find a better broker than Dawn. Not being from the area we relied heavily on the expertise of Dawn to give us advice on where to look for the type home we were interested in.
