ZillowVERIFIEDwe tried to buy a home at a time that was not great for buying a home. We had to sell our home, so we really needed to find a place to live. The inventory was the lowest in years and homes were selling faster that you can make a counter offer. We looked for a bit more than a year. Liz was with us the whole time and never wavered. When we were dejected she was there to find more homes that would fit our need and we were picky. More like pains in the but. How often do you buy a home. We wanted to get it right. And more importantly Liz wanted to get it right. She fought for us like a lioness and comforted us like a matriarch. We would have been lost without her. But finally we found our dream home. I should say Liz find our dream home. One of the first she suggested (which we didn't see for what it was and didn't visit it until the end) was what we wound up loving most. It didn't get easy from there though. The owner put up a fight. First with the selling price. Then they actually tried to back out. Thank good we had Liz. She stepped up and fought for our cause like it was her own. Experience, knowledge of the business and financial landscape. With absolute resolve to fight for your interests with grace and dignity are the qualities you look for in a real estate agent. They are just the beginning when I think of Liz and my experience with her. Through a rough market no less. I miss her actually. She's just a pleasant person to be around. I can not imagine going through that with anyone else. If I want to buy a home. I'm calling Liz. Period. Get the first step right. Call Liz Buccigrossi if you need a home or apartment.
