With experience in various types of home, townhouse and condo transactions including residential sales, short sales, foreclosures and leases, I am able to provide a much needed service to Palm Beach. Having worked as Director of a rental division, I've negotiated over 100 transactions each year, which is unrivaled by my competitors. I needed to sell the condominium, since last year ,cotacted Elizabeth Bridges for this matter;something came up and I give up .This year I was ready to sell but the same dilema came back.My dilema was: the wonderful people who rented for many years the appartment very nice people with their three childeren two of them A students used with their school.I just could not terminat the lease and send them to a different scool district,so I delaied as much as I could .This year something came up in my life and needed to sell I contacted Elizabeth again I did explained to her my dilema and she undersood my hesitancy she found in the very first day on the maket investor who did take bought, the condominium with amy wonderful peoples and also she brought me about asking price asking price $395000.00 assessment was $392000.00so I was very Happy And Thank so much to ELIZABETH BRIDGES for her understanding and professionalism.
