We just sold our house, and then went into an unexpected purchase that Leeza helped us with. By unexpected, I mean we dragged poor Leeza around Collin County to find our dream home new build, then threw her for a loop when we decided on an even better investment in a neighborhood we truly wanted to begin with. She helped validate our decision, respected all of our wishes and then took on the whole process like a champ. She never felt like she was being put out as she understood that this was all very pertinent in making a decision. When it came time to put an offer in, our sales rep with the builder, who reiterated that Leeza was a fabulous person, also described her as a shark.... she seriously had our best interest in the most profession, fair and efficient way!! She made closing super easy and really made us feel so comfortable and excited about our next chapter. Guys, shes seriously the most genuine person. Calculated, open-minded, sincere, sweet, fun, funny!!, and all around amazing. No. Disappointments. If you want a winning RE agent to help with one of the largest investments youll make, look no further. Shes seriously THE best there is!

Leeza Morris is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She's had our best interest in mind constantly and managed to get our house sold negotiating the best timing so we don't have to pay rent or vacate sooner than we needed - an important detail for an international relocation. Where do I begin in singing Leeza & Shannon's praises?! They have been available to us anytime we had questions, concerns or needed advice or direction. The attention to detail that they provide for their client's is top notch. They go ABOVE & BEYOND! Their first priority is taking care of you as their client and fighting for you - we saw it several times. They are very knowledgeable - very personable (they feel like my friends!) and very down to earth. I have been trying to put into words how amazing our experience was with Cloud Realty but I just can't adequately express what Leeza and her team did for us. I found Leeza simply by reading reviews and having her come out to our home and talk with us about what our home was worth and the selling process. I have to admit that I was dreading the experience but after meeting them and walking them through our home I knew they were the ones we would use to sell our home. I was drawn to her confidence and optimistic attitude and have to say that she maintained that the entire way through. When she told us what she would list our house for I will admit that I thought it might be too high and I didn't want to list it that high so we listed it slightly less and what do you know we got an above asking price offer that was the exact amount she had suggested. She made the entire process stress free for us. We actually complicated things by going out of town during the process when a document that was time sensitive was needed and Leeza offered to go to our house and retrieve it for us, she Facetimed me and I walked her through where I had put the document. I mean who does that and with a super attitude the entire time?! Not only that but when it was time to pack up she had a client that was unpacking and she went to the clients home and got her broken down boxes and brought them over to us, saving us hundreds of dollars in packing supplies. Basically, what I am trying to say is that Leeza made our experience amazing and we are so incredibly grateful that we trusted the reviews and went with her. We could not have asked for a better person to represent us and make the home selling process any smoother. She will get you top dollar, make the process easy on you and follow through with professionalism the entire way through.
