Best Realtor in Marion County! Kelly was recommended by a fellow co-worker who she helped find a home. This is my first home purchase and Kelly walked me through every step of the process. Right off the bat, she was flexible and understanding of my work-life balance. She makes time for you based on your schedule. She shows up prepared for viewings and does her homework on each listing. She was patient with me as we viewed multiple properties. I never felt rushed or pressured by her. Shes so easy to work with.She found the perfect home for me well within my budget. She submitted my offer straight away. She sealed my offer with the seller and got to work immediately to move forward. She did an excellent job keeping me informed with the home inspection, survey, and also pushed to have discrepancies repaired promptly. Kelly worked alongside my lenders and helped me with providing documentation and required paperwork. She answered all of my questions and concerns along the way.I highly recommend Kelly because she treats you like family. Nina was so very professional. She worked with us for many months helping us find that right home. We just fell in love her. Very sweet and kind. It didn't matter what time a day, she always made time for us.
