This is the second time I worked with Elia for a home transaction. Elia was the consummate professional. I actually moved out-of-state before the house was ready to go on the market, so Elia had to supervise the cleanup and staging process as well as the sale itself. She priced the house properly so we had viable offers the day it went on the market and I was kept informed throughout the process. She even kept an eye on the house as it was empty and sent me weekly pictures of the garden I had planted before I decided to move. My only regret is that I now live off Long Island and will not be able to utilize Elia's services in the future.

Elia RubinsteinWe recently worked with Elia Rubinstein to sell our house of may years in eastern long island. We had lived in this house for 45 years, raised our four children and often hosted family and friends. However, now that we were both retired, it was clear that we no longer needed to worry about such a large house and we wanted to be closer to children. To say it was a difficult decision and a traumatic transition would be an understatement.From the initial listing to the closing, Elia was terrific. She attended to every detail, both minor and significant and held our hands through the entire process. We listed the house on a Thursday, Elia hosted open houses on Saturday and Sunday and by Tuesday, we had seven written offers for our asking price or more. By Thursday, just one week later, we were in contract. Elia then oversaw all the details and was with us for the inspection and everything else that came up; including helping us find individuals to help us with the big project of downsizing and disposing of what we could not take with us. She was there with us at the closing as well.No question, Elia Rubinstein is the consummate professional who knows the real estate business inside and out. We could not have been happier and we would recommend her enthusiastically and with no reservations. If you live in Suffolk County and need a real estate agent, Elia is an excellent choice.
