Eli Byler was born and raised in a conservative Amish community in rural Pennsylvania. After spending the earlier part of his career in carpentry, construction, and the home remodeling industry, which included owning and operating a retail flooring business, he gained vast and comprehensive knowledge of building and construction types, materials, risk factors, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and the development of negotiation skills that aid in real estate transactions. The successful sale of the retail flooring business provided him with the opportunity to relocate to Colorado and dedicate his attention and expertise solely to the real estate profession, pursuing his long-time passion for real estate. This passion was sparked by early-life home ownership and various real estate investments, including a portfolio of self-storage facilities that he still actively manages. Since starting his career in real estate, he has discovered that his true passion lies in helping people from all walks of life, guiding them through every step of the transaction. Being their representative, closing the deal, and helping them overcome initial anxieties are not just what Eli does, but what he loves to do.
