ZillowVERIFIEDWhen I first started communicating with Eli, things were good. He knew the time frame that I was working with and that we were serious buyers. Things went downhill quickly though. At EVERY SINGLE showing he took us to, he was on the phone with another client. He didn't know the homes very well either. VERY disrespectful, especially to someone working with a timeframe thats extremely motivated, as well as a military veteran. It didn't stop there either. When we would contact him with a list of homes to see, he would take 10+ hours to respond at times, and even 11pm or later other times. We ended up dropping him due to his utter lack of communication and lack of professionalism. Do not reccomend.

ZillowVERIFIEDAt first it was a pleasant experience, he knew we were motivated buyers and that we had a time limit to work with. When we would reach out to him on scheduling a viewing for a house he would take hours (sometimes 10+ hrs) to answer. When he would actually answer it would be at an unreasonable time at night (sometimes 11 at night). On top of that when we were viewing houses sometimes he would be on the phone with another client, putting time and energy into larger sales. In the end he made us feel because our budget wasn't $700,000 that we weren't worth the energy or time. We actually ended up dropping him because of the lack of communication and how we didn't seem to be any sort of a priority.
