I had a very frustrating experience with Eleni Sampson as the listing agent. I was under contract to purchase a property she listed, but it turned out there was an open roof permit that had never been closed by the contractor. This major issue was never disclosed upfront. After waiting almost a month to close, the deal fell through because the permit had expired and the contractor was out of the country. I lost over $1,000 in inspections and related costs that were non-refundable. Although I got my escrow deposit back, it was a complete waste of time, money, and energy. I strongly recommend more responsibility and transparency in future transactions to prevent other buyers from going through the same.
