I recently used Kerri to purchase an apartment in Long Beach NY, and I cannot recommend her enough! She was incredibly insightful and informative during a very difficult housing market, and her advice was always spot on. We got a great deal on an apartment despite the housing market due to Kerri's negotiation skills and market research. After several uncontrollable hiccups with the seller after contracts were signed, Kerri was in constant contact with both myself and the seller's agent to keep everyone informed and to keep all parties moving forward. Additionally, Kerri is professional and honest - a pleasure to work with! I cannot recommend her services enough.

From start to finish Catherine and Sari went above and beyond to make buying and selling a positive experience for our family. With two young kids selling and buying a home can be complicated, but with Catherine and Sari it never was. They represented us on both sides of our deals and throughout the entire process they were incredibly efficient, communicative, and responsive to every need we had.
