I had the pleasure of working with Eleanor in purchasing my dream home! She patiently took the time to show us home after home until we found one that felt right. Since we were from out of town we had to come up and look at a whole bunch of houses at once on multiple occasions. Eleanor had great stamina, going all day with us nonstop with a great attitude. Throughout the whole transaction from start to finish was a really great experience with her. When we did the home inspection, CL100 and hvac inspection, she stayed engaged with us and the contractors the whole time, asking pertinent questions and even bringing things to their attention that they may have missed. This woman is an expert negotiator. She was able to negotiate the exact terms that we required. She did it with diplomacy, tact, great knowledge and integrity. She also offered really good advice and perspective when we ran into some challenging issues with financing. She really went above and beyond in all areas. She has incredible patience and accommodated ALL of our needs. She spent a ton of time making sure that every request we had was met in a timely manner and with a positive demeanor. It was just a fluke that we got connected to her on Zillow as a pre-selected agent. But we are so lucky and grateful, we wouldn't have it any other way. Aside from being a really great realtor she is a beautiful person inside and out and her light really shines bright when you get to know her. The thing that I liked most about her when we first met her was her "no pressure" demeanor. We didn't feel pressured, forced or obligated to anything. She let us make all our decisions that best suited our needs but offered educated guidance along the way so we could make informed decisions. She always made us feel like we were number one. She gave us personalized attention and always made time for us and our requests even if it was last minute. She never made us feel as if our needs were an inconvenience. She far exceeded our expectations and we plan to work with her again in the near future on more real estate transactions. She had really great follow-through and made sure to update us at every point. She also did a final walk through of our home before closing to make sure the seller was held accountable for removing the requested items off the property and to make sure our home was still in acceptable condition. I can't brag about her enough! We are so, so, so pleased with her and the way she carried her self throughout the whole transaction.
