We sat down, went over every detail, like sq/footage, zone, parking availability, traffic conditions on the area, nearby health services, average rent paid in the area. I was greatly surprised to find such a good service on a crowded town as Miami where finding the right spot in the past turned out in a real nightmare. I must also remark her immediate response and flexibility when there was something not of my likeness.
