ZillowVERIFIEDWe have known Eileen for many years, so we were pleased to call her when it was time to sell our family home. She came over right away and started advising us on all the details that make a home desirable in the marketplace. Some things she said "don't bother" to spend money and time on (she was right) and other things that are simple improvements that really make people want your place. She was also right there, as with minimal investment (mostly time - easy things like new paint and carpet) our house became the most-watched and most-favorited place in the town that month! It wasn't the nicest OR most-expensive, but it was the most affordable CLEAN home. She also advised us when the many offers came in - some were way above our asking price, but she cautioned us from experience (those are unrealistic and they often turn into nightmares of picky demanding people who eventually do not pay that much UNLESS you change and do a lot more work for them.) We were happy to avoid that problem, and took another offer well above our asking price that was reasonable and free of any issues. Eileen Didier is certainly trustworthy, recommendable and fair - work with her if you can!
