Efren helped me and my husband purchased our first home in 2021. This year was a really hot market for the sellers but with Efrens great negotiation skills, we didnt have to pay a penny above asking price and he was still able to get us a sellers credit, which was not as common the past 2 years!! He was very patient with all of our questions and guided us throughout the home buying process. He explained everything that was very easy to understand, especially for first-time buyers like us.
