I began looking for property on Oak Island, with no agent, just interest. When I found one property I wanted to see, Edwin Burnett's name came up. I contacted him, explained what I was looking for and he gave me information without overwhelming me. We met on a Saturday with a list of homes to look at, and his professional manner and warmth were immediately apparent. He didn't push but encouraged me to share my thoughts - to help him better help me. And he did. I found a property with relative ease. But the process from that point on was complicated. I lived 4 hours away and there were lots of details to attend to. Edwin ALWAYS returned calls and emails promptly and helped me navigate the mortgage process, the documents, the utilities - everything. I never felt he was pushing and I never felt he was neglectful. He knows the area well, and was able to provide background info I might not have gotten from someone else. I'm very grateful, and plan to work with him again in the future.
