Ken is a great guy and excellent realtor. I'm new to the Philadelphia area and he was instrumental in helping me find and purchase two investment properties. While calm, low key, and an excellent listener, hes also a savvy agent who assisted me in navigating the nuances of a 1031 exchange while negotiating price credits for property repairs noted by the inspectors. I never felt rushed or dismissed by Ken. He took time to clearly understand my requirements, showed me a manageable number of properties per day (per my somewhat tight timeline), and thoughtfully reviewed the pros and cons of each option.
