Ned is the best ever! He is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He kept in daily contact with me. He is a great negotiator and helped resolve some tricky issues with the seller. Ned's wife Erin is also fantastic! They are a great team. Ned was fantastic in helping my boyfriend and I through the whole home buying experience. Ned was able to answer any and all questions we had and if he did not have an answer for us immediately he made sure to follow up and get the information we needed. Ned went above and beyond and really took the time to help us with everything. Ned was there for all appointments and never left us out to dry or made us feel like we werent important. He has stayed in contact with us even after closing to make sure everything has gone well. Very professional and extremely intelligent and educated on all home aspects.
