Ed is a true real estate professional and a pleasure to work with. He was very proactive in getting our property listed quickly. The photographer that he hired did a wonderful job in staging the listing pictures. Despite a slowing real estate market, he generated significant foot traffic that produced a number of viable offers. Ed communicated frequently and timely throughout the process. Ed was a pleasure to work with. If I was to describe Ed. I would have to say experienced and professional. I would recommend Ed to anyone trying to sell a home. He is very knowledge about the restate business. He was able to get our house under contract above asking price within three days. This is the third time I have used Ed and I have never been disappointed. It is always a pleasure to work with Ed as he makes the selling/purchasing a breeze making the process as easy as possible. Ed is always prompt and professional. He has great communication skills and was in constant contact walking my wife and I through the process every step of the way. It would be to your disadvantage to not use Ed.
