4. How did you get started in Real Estate?
When I got into real estate my goal was to get out of construction. I was tired of it and I could feel my body breaking down. So real estate was a good natural fit because of that background. My goal was to sell a handful of houses each year and make a decent living. Never in a million years did I expect to be where I'm at with it. Some new stats are in for 2024 and I'm in disbelief. There are 6,650 active real estate agents in Massachusetts and 4,197 are in Boston.
For 2024 in Boston I recently learned that I ranked at #20 for transaction sides and #66 for volume. This is what happens when you truly love what you do. My job isn't selling houses, it's helping people move. Buying and selling houses is just part of that.
