My name is Edward Corominas - a licensed Real Estate professional since 1989. I began my real estate career in the Bay Area but established myself have been in the greater Sacramento area, including the counties of Sacramento, Placer, Yolo and El Dorado, in 1992.
For more than two decades, I specialized in the new homes construction industry working for large corporate real estate developers selling thousands of homes. However, since 2010, I have worked independently as a realtor and currently am based out of Lyon Real Estate's Sierra Oaks office aEUR" the number one office for the company. As a top producer, I rank 7th in over 100+ agents in my office. I also rank in the top 1% of all real estate agents in the greater Sacramento metro area; achieving master club status in the real estate business multiple times.
