ZillowVERIFIEDWow! Can I say Wow again?!? Ed did a fantastic job selling our Natomas home. We had some other life issues happening and needed to sell our home fast and Ed did the job. He really went above and beyond to get our home sold. We had purchased the home new, then the market crashed and we were stuck in Natomas with a big home on a small lot with a lot of unfinished houses around us. This wasn't the best time to sell, but sometimes life says it's time go. Ed jumped on it and got our home sold fast and got us out! I'll admit we weren't the best housekeepers, but Ed coordinated to have the home cleaned after we moved, he really took care of all of the details. If we move back to Sacramento, we'll call Ed again!

We contacted several Realtors in the Natomas area that we had seen around and once we met with Ed, we knew he was the Realtor for us.He recommended a price on the higher side of what our neighbors had sold their homes for, but he said our home was nice. He did a thorough walk through with us, recommended we clean the carpet and paint a couple of rooms (which we did) and then he had a professional photographer take pictures of our home. I was so impressed with the pictures! They say a picture says 1,000 words - well - our home never looked so good!And, it worked. Our home sold in just a couple of weeks and we got the full price we wanted for the home. We are so happy we used Ed.The sale went very smooth, if there was any hiccups, Ed took care of it. I am very impressed - he knew the entire neighborhood inside / out and really worked hard to sell our home. I recommend him to everyone we know! Thanks Ed!
