Responsive and professional, Team Edge, especially Edric Williams and Rose Bell (my agent) did everything in their power to take care of me and my family during our homebuying. It was our first home, so they walked us through the entire process. Even though there were hiccups with the VA loan appraiser (military family) which was out of Team Edge control, they took it upon themselves to get involved and get it all taken care of. Because of them, we now have a beautiful home that closed in only 3 weeks. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends and it was truly a great experience.
