Edgar was instrumental in providing a smooth and expedient experience, his responsiveness and dedication to our questions and concerns were just amazing. I would highly recommend him to anyone, he's always very helpful and makes himself available regardless of the time or location; his negotiation skills were fantastic in important matters regarding seller credits and contingencies. His knowledge and network affiliations were extremely helpful as well, it saved me so much time and stress in having to figure out reputable inspection services, he gave us multiple options to choose from every step of the way. He would crunch late nights, at times sending over documentation and/or time sensitive paperwork (i.e. counteroffers) even if it meant sending those off near midnight. The fact that he is very courteous and friendly made it an even better experience, thank you Edgar.
