About Eddie Mylar

I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about my background and why I bring value to my clients. I've had the pleasure of helping individuals and families in our tri-state area for over 24 years. I truly believe that everyone is called into a ministry. My ministry is helping clients navigate through the real estate process. I have consulted hundreds of families through the purchase, sell or building of their new home. I'm very thankful for the career I had before becoming a realtor where I gained a tremendous amount of construction and financing knowledge. I started out in construction as my first job then I spent 10 years in the modular industry. I also spent 4 years as a general manager for a national builder and in 2007 alone I overseen the sales and construction of 27 houses for families here in the tri-state. In 2008 the financing crisis put the company I worked for out of business nationwide so going into real estate was just a natural fit for me. I have been a realtor now for over 10 years and I have had the privilege to help hundreds of families either sell or purchase a home. During these past 10 years I chose to further my career and became a Real Estate Broker with also having my GRI, ABR and GREEN designations from the National Association of Realtors to better serve my clients. I am currently licensed to help you in West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky. I work as an associate broker for Realty Exchange which is owned and operated by our principal broker Shane Radcliff.

Hmm what can I say about Eddie. I'm a first time homebuyer racing to find a house before our 2nd baby was born. Eddie was extremely knowledgeable in assisting me through the whole process. The market is crazy out there and he was able to find our dream house on 1 of 3 streets that we narrowed our search down to, needless to say he had his work cut out for him.However the month goes on and he guides me through the process like a three year old through potty training.
