Eddie Colley

Based in Black Mountain North Carolina, Luxury REALTOR (R), rainmaker, and educator Eddie Colley currently sells real estate with Keller Williams Professionals. He has a network of buyers that span the globe due to a very unique and innovative technique in marketing properties and targeting buyers with his wife/lead buyer specialist who is a Certified International Property Specialist. Eddie has earned The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing's Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation. Eddie began his career in real estate in 2007 developing a vast knowledge in all aspects of the industry, from being the General Manager of a luxury development, member of the Associate Leadership Council (ALC), previous co-chair of the finance committee and currently on the technology committee. Eddie is able to assist with the sales and management side of the business as a top real estate agent and Broker in Charge of his office. Jessica Colley was born in Scottsdale, Arizona and moved to the island of Nevis at age 4 with her parents who worked in the luxury hotel industry. She spent 9 years in the Caribbean on the islands of Nevis, Barbados, and Puerto Rico. She spent her middle/high school years in Ocala, Florida and received her Bachelors degree in Marketing and International Business from University of North Florida which allowed her to live in France for a semester. All the time spent overseas gave Jessica the travel bug. Her first job out of college was an Assistant Cruise Director for Princess Cruises that took her all over Southeast Asia.
