First of all, let me tell you that we are a very very picky family, and we knew nothing about buying a condo, and that's were Ed Martinez stepped up and helped us thru the entire process. It took time and dedication (did I mention that we were extremely picky?), and he was there the entire time. He sat down with my family on several occasions (as we have insane work schedules one party working midnights one working during days with opposite days off) he endlessly explained "the process" so we understood EXACTLY what was going to happen,what was happening and he made sure he made things happen for us. He was overly patient. Always generous and kind. A family man, even interacted with my children during paper signings and house hunting.
